Affino 5.5.6 Release

This is a stability release following the major Affino 5.5.5 release. It resolves numerous critical issues highlighted over the past week and sets the foundation for the next release (due next week). Anyone running 5.5.5 is recommended to update to this version, all other sites are also recommended to update now, however given that you will also be updating to the new Design Centre it is essential that you liaise with your account manager before doing so.

If you are running an eCommerce site we recommend you update on Monday / Tuesday next week when the support team will be able to resolve any issues which might arise.

Upgrade Guidance

No special requirements for upgrading to this release. If you are upgrading from an earlier release than 5.5.5 then you will need to strictly follow the upgrade instructions for the previous releases. As a general rule it is still good to run the key updates including: System, Design Elements and Skins.

If you are running a complex setup / scenario then as ususal we recommend you test things using the public staging server.
